Qualifying and registering for a tour
Qualifying and registering for a tour
Step 1: Selecting a Tour
The Tour Schedules - Signup page lists each scheduled tour including the city area, the property price range to be shown in that area, and the tour date.
You can make your selection of a tour of your choosing on that page.
On that page is a link so that you can contact the Sonoran Realty Group to arrange for your Qualifying and Registration.
Arranging For Your Seat On A Tour
To get on a tour, there are four (4) steps to complete:
Select a Tour For You
Financial Pre-Qualification
Select the Affiliated Broker that will Represent You
Pay Your Tour Fee
Step 2: The Financial Qualification Process
The next step is to become financially qualified. In order to attend a tour you must prove financial capability. Low Cost Mortgage will take your application and provide you with a pre-qualification letter. With that pre-qualification letter, you are financially qualified to attend a tour. That pre-qualification letter will also qualify you for attending additional tours providing that the time limit in the pre-qualification letter has not expired.
Contact LoanOfficers@PreQualifyWithUs.com to have them help you with arranging for Low Cost Mortgage to take your pre-qualification application. As a matter of disclosure, H.T. Hinrichs, Qualifying Broker, Sonoran Realty Group is also a Loan Officer at Low Cost Mortgage and may be paid a commission by Low Cost Mortgage.
If you already have a pre-qualfication letter from another financial institution, that will be accepted for your financial qualification.
If you are a cash buyer, then you are required to provide written proof of your assets that you will use in a purchase.
Step 3: Your Real Estate Broker
Once your financial qualification is proven, then the next step is to select your REALTOR®. The Sonoran Realty Group has a list of Affiliated Brokers from which you select your real estate representative. In order to register for a tour it is required that you have a signed Buyer Broker agreement with one of the Affilitated Brokers.
If you prefer to use a broker that is not on the list, then the use of an Affiliate Broker requirement will be modified provided that your selected broker accepts the Sonoran Realty Group’s standard referral agreement for the Albuquerque Foreclosure Tours and you will also have to sign a Buyer Broker agreement with your preferred broker.
Step 4: Your Registration Process
The fee schedule for attending a single tour is:
$45.00 for one (1) adult plus gross receipts tax
$65.00 for a two (2) adult couple plus gross receipts tax
NOTE: All fees and tax are PREPAID and NON-REFUNDABLE!
You complete the registration process by providing to the Sonoran Realty Group:
