Tour Operation explained
To take a tour, one must first register. Go to the Qualification page to find out how to register. Once registered for a particular tour, a person or couple will have completed all requirements for attending a particular tour. So, on to how a tour operates.
Step 1 - Register
Start and Stop Times
Registrants Meet the Tour Team
Each tour will take place starting at 10:00 AM and runs continuously to 3:00 PM. Bring your own lunch. Water will be provided.
All registrants will meet with the Tour Team at a convenient place near the tour properties 1/2 hour before the tour starts.
At this meeting you will be introduced to the Tour Team members (the Tour Guide, Affiliate Real Estate Brokers, Mortgage Personnel, Construction Contractors, and Title Company Personnel). The Tour Team members accompany the registrants to each property and are available for questions and discussion.
The Tour Guide
The Tour Guide is Tom Hinrichs, Qualifying Broker at Sonoran Realty Group. Transportation accommodations will be dependent upon the number of tour registrants.
The Tour Packet
Each registrant will receive a Tour Packet which will describe (with photos where possible) each property to be viewed. Each registrant will acknowledge receipt of his/her tour packet. Your selected Affiliate Broker will accompany you on the tour.
Visiting The Properties
The tour will then depart the meeting site and drive to and inspect each property in the order presented in the Tour Packet. Each tour will include up to 15 properties. The tour progress will depend upon the registrants and how long they want to inspect each property. All properties may not be visited if the property inspections are lengthy.
During the property inspections and while driving, the registrants are encouraged to converse with the Tour Team members on all matters of interest.
End Of Tour
The tour will end at 3:00 PM by the return of the registrants and the Tour Team to the original meeting place.
How Properties Are Categorized for a Tour
Properties are selected for a tour based upon:

A particular area of the Albuquerque Metroplex, and -
A particular price range.
There is no point going to look at properties that are not within your price range.
