Each tour is sponsored by the Sonoran Realty Group. Tom Hinrichs, Qualifying Broker at Sonoran Realty Group serves as the Tour Guide and is your principal contact.
The Tour Team
Affilitate Real Estate Brokers
During the Qualification process you will have selected a New Mexico Licensed Real Estate Broker to work with from our list of Affiliated Brokers. You will have signed a Buyer Broker agreement with your selected Affiliate Broker. Your Broker will accompany you on the tour to answer questions and to write purchase proposals.
Mortgage Officer
An Officer from Low Cost Mortgage will be on the tour to assist you in understanding mortgage financing options and answer other questions regarding financing and first time home owner buyer assistance programs.
General Construction Contractor
A licensed New Mexico General Construction Contractor will be present to assist you as you inspect the properties and to answer questions regarding property condition and to make suggestions regarding possible improvements.
Title Company Officer
An officer from a title company will be present to assist you in understanding the closing process, title insurance, and other title matters.
